WATCH: First Full Trailer For ‘Toy Story 4’

Disney and Pixar have finally released the first full trailer for Toy Story 4 – the highly anticipated sequel to one of their most popular franchises.

Starting in 1995, Toy Story introduced us to some iconic characters like Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Rex. Sequels hit cinemas in 1999 and 2010 earning a near-perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. To date, the franchise has grossed $1.9 billion at the box office.

The trailer appeared on Good Morning America. The talk show is a comfortable spot for Disney properties to debut since it airs on ABC. The news channel is also owned by Disney.

Below is the official synopsis for Toy Story 4.

Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.

Toy Story 4 will hit theaters on June 21. The fourth installment sees the return of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Annie Potts, Joan Cusack, Blake Clark, Wallace Shawn, and John Ratzenberger. New toys in the film are Forky (Tony Hale), Ducky (Keegan-Michael Key), and Bunny (Jordan Peele).
