As people grow older, they tend to gain weight around their muffin-top area, says fashion stylist Lauren Rothman. If you’re worried about this, ditch the jeans and slacks with zippers. Try pants that have elastic waistbands.

Matching clothing sets still exist, but they are usually pajamas. Nowadays, people don’t often wear bottoms with the same color or material as their tops. Because of this, you might appear younger if you mix and match.
